Get support
Email is the whole process. Write what happened and where, send it, and you have a tracked request with a written trail both sides can refer back to.

Write the first message
Fill this in and it opens in your own email app, already addressed and laid out. Nothing is sent from this page and nothing is stored here.
- Never put a password in the message. If access is needed, we will ask for it safely.
- Screenshots and short screen recordings save a whole round trip. Attach them in your email app.
- Keep replying on the same email thread and everything stays attached to one request.
How the queue is ordered
Requests are not answered strictly in the order they arrive. Anything that is completely down is picked up first, because somebody cannot work.
-
Something is down
Nobody can use it right now. Put the word DOWN at the front of the subject line and it jumps the queue.
-
Something is broken but usable
It works with a workaround, or it affects one person. Normal queue, normally same day.
-
A question or a change
Nothing is broken, you want something explained, adjusted or quoted. Answered in order, with a scope if it needs one.
After you hit send
-
Instant
Received
Your email reaches the desk and becomes a numbered request the moment it arrives. Nothing sits in a personal inbox waiting for one person to come back from lunch.
-
One business day
Acknowledged
A person reads it and replies to confirm what they understood, what they need from you, and what happens next. If it is already clear, that reply is the fix.
-
Same day
Routed
It goes to whoever actually owns that surface. A DNS question does not get answered by guesswork, and a billing question does not get answered by an engineer.
-
Closed with you
Resolved
You get the fix, plus a plain-language note on what was wrong. If it was something you can avoid next time, that is in the note too.
